Linux Proxy Config Service "tuxprox" launched

We launched a Linux-based web proxy configuration service named tuxprox today. Considering the need for the local businesses to have a cost-effective alternative to speed up their Net connection speed, we have included all the needed features in this service. As a matter of fact, this service would always be a work in progress since we keep on improving the features and/or add some more as we see fit.

OpenSolaris Starter Kit arrived

Recieved the OpenSolaris Starter Kit today by mail, which we requested a while ago from Sun.

Joomla upgraded

Joomla CMS on our site upgraded from version 1.0.10 to 1.0.12 today. Took us 30 mins to finish the whole thing, including taking backups beforehand. Apart from better security, we now got SE-friendly URLs working also for our site.
